Production Time

Each piece is made by hand. Production time varies depending on the product:

• Hand-painted art, ceramic pieces, memorial frames, small polymer clay: approximately 21 business days
• Wool felt, realistic polymer clay, custom silver, urns, oil paintings: 21–56 business days

You will receive an estimated completion date when you place your order.

Shipping Time

Once your order has been dispatched, delivery typically takes:

• Australia: 3–7 business days
• United States / United Kingdom: 7–14 business days
• Rest of World: 10–21 business days

You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order is on its way.

International Orders

We ship worldwide. Please note that import duties or taxes may apply upon arrival — these are the responsibility of the recipient and vary by country.
