1. Our Products

All products sold by Halo&Tail are custom-made to order using the photos and details provided by you at checkout. Because each piece is handcrafted, slight variations in colour, texture, and finish are natural and expected — they are part of what makes your item unique.

2. Order Acceptance

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including if a product is unavailable or if we suspect fraudulent activity. If we cancel your order, you will receive a full refund.

3. Photo & Content Submission

By submitting photos of your pet to us, you confirm that:

• You own or have the right to use the photographs
• The photos are of sufficient resolution and quality for production (we will advise you if they are not)
• You grant us a limited licence to use the photos solely for the purpose of creating your order

4. Production & Delivery

All estimated production and delivery timeframes are provided in good faith. Handcrafted items are subject to the care they require, and timelines may extend slightly during peak periods. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for full details.

5. Intellectual Property

All artwork, product imagery, and brand assets on haloandtail.com are the property of Halo&Tail Pets-Gifts Design. Reproduction or commercial use without written permission is prohibited.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from a purchase is limited to the value of the order in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Tasmania, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.
